1. Transaction Confirmation
G-TEC EDUCATION reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation requests at its sole discretion. We may request additional details or documentation from the user before processing any such request.
2. Cancellation Policy
● Course enrolments, once confirmed and access provided, cannot be cancelled unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course/module-specific policy.
● If a cancellation is allowed, the user must submit a written request through our official communication channels within the specified time window.
● If cancellation is initiated before the course/service has commenced, partial or full refund eligibility will depend on the individual course or package terms.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
● Be submitted within three (3) days from the date of payment or such number of days as may be specifically mentioned in the course/service terms (not less than three days). Not less than three days or not more than three days
4. Processing of Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on the user's bank/payment gateway processing time.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Please note, the following are strictly non-refundable:
● Registration/Admission Fees
● Exam or Certification Fees paid to third-party certification bodies
● One-on-one mentorship, special workshops, or customized training sessions once scheduled
● Any downloadable course content once accessed
