Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing G-TEC EDUCATION for your learning and upskilling needs. By completing a transaction through our website https://www.gteceducation.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Transaction Confirmation

Once a user successfully completes the payment for any course, service, certification, support package, etc. via our platform, it constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the selected educational product or service. Post-transaction, cancellations are permitted only if explicitly stated on the Platform, and will be governed by the specific terms outlined therein.
G-TEC EDUCATION reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation requests at its sole discretion. We may request additional details or documentation from the user before processing any such request.

2. Cancellation Policy

● Course enrolments, once confirmed and access provided, cannot be cancelled unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course/module-specific policy.

● If a cancellation is allowed, the user must submit a written request through our official communication channels within the specified time window.

● If cancellation is initiated before the course/service has commenced, partial or full refund eligibility will depend on the individual course or package terms.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

● The course/service provided does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. PLEASE EXAMINE whether this clause can be avoided
● Technical issues on our part prevent access to the course material or service and are not resolved within a reasonable period.
● In the event of duplicate payments or failed transactions where payment is received and credited to G-TEC EDUCATION PVT LTD account.
All refund requests must:

● Be submitted within three (3) days from the date of payment or such number of days as may be specifically mentioned in the course/service terms (not less than three days). Not less than three days or not more than three days

● Be raised by submitting a support ticket via our contact form or by writing to info@gteceducation.com.
● Include a clear and specific reason for the refund request, along with any relevant evidence or proof if applicable.
All refund approvals are subject to internal review and G-TEC EDUCATION’s final decision.

4. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on the user's bank/payment gateway processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Please note, the following are strictly non-refundable:

● Registration/Admission Fees

● Exam or Certification Fees paid to third-party certification bodies

● One-on-one mentorship, special workshops, or customized training sessions once scheduled

● Any downloadable course content once accessed
